The closest shopping center is Napili plaza, which is half a mile north of Kahana Sunset on highway 30. There is a small supermarket, a movie rental place as well as dining facilities. For more serious shopping you might need to go to Whaler's Village or Lahaina Cannery Mall, which are located about 7 miles south on highway 30.

West Maui entertainment is mostly concentrated in Lahaina. It includes the theatrical show Ulalena and several luaus

  • Royal Lahaina Luau.

    • For dining you have several choices of restaurants in Lahaina and Kapalua.

    • Just looking at the pictures around, you can get an idea of the many things to do in addition to spending time at the beautiful Kahana Sunset beach. It is not the lack of things to do, but the selection of activities that makes the choice so difficult.
